Company description

3DSINT GmbH manufactures CNC turned parts made of high-alloy steels such as Inconel, Hastelloy, stainless steel, and also aluminum and titanium - machined conventionally or by Additive Manufacturing. This is also referred to as 3D printing process, we create forms that can not be represented by conventional methods.
We realize your desire in small and medium series - quickly and with many years experience on the latest Mazak machines.

3DSINT GmbH overcomes conventional limitations:
Realize complicated workpieces with extensive and costly-to-build only, inner geometry. Realize network or rib structures indoors.
The Additive manufacturing (3D printing) allows highly complex structures, which can be extremely light and strong at the same time. Production times can be measured in hours.

Applications: Extreme lightweight construction for motor sports or flight technology, ie extremely high strength in relation to its low weight.
Complicated prototype and test series are available in one to two days and shorten market cycles.

Commercial benefits:
Energy efficiency (the final product is built - not machined from solid)
No costs for molds and tools
Technical advantages:
Laser welding (sintering) receives the metallurgical and forces specific characteristics of the original material.
Prototypes correspond to standard parts
Grid, grid and other weight-saving designs pose no problems - the limits are the imagination of constructing.
