Company description
The AGK manufactures electrical and thermal insulating components to customer specifications. In addition to classic GRP-like materials, insulation components are possible up to 1500 ° C.
You will also receive sliding materials up to 600 ° C, from which sliding plates, rails, chain guides are manufactured.
With the material number DuroBest ® Electrical insulation materials are available that are resistant to high pressure and up to 280 ° C thermal stress withstand. Classical representatives are hard paper, hard tissue, fiberglass, Pertinax. In particular DuroBest ® machine components are, aufrund their strength, often as a replacement for steel components.
Flameproof electrical insulation up to 800 ° C is produced from K-Therm ® materials. These coating materials are used in particular in the high current range.

The assembly of heat protection tubes up to 1300 ° C is made from technical fabrics such as ThermTextil ® and Fire Prevent ®. Technical textiles are available in various forms of processing fabric, hoses, belts, packs and cords.

Your customer's drawing will be executed on CNC-controlled machines. The AGK does not use any coolants, but has a dry processing, since in principle insulating components are made, which may be exposed to any moisture contact.
