Company description

We see precision in Stadelmann as our responsibility. Almost all machinable materials can be used. Our machine has the latest CNC lathes equipped with driven transverse and longitudinal tools, and up to ten programmable axes. Thus we are able to offer our customers a production of simple to complex CNC lathe parts - to high-volume guarantee in small and even.

The manufacturing process includes a selection of possible materials from 3.0 mm diameter to 26.0 mm is possible. The rod material used is thereby supplied automatically with a length of 3 meters.

Our options go but beyond. So the finished turned parts are cleaned in our modern cleaning machine type REK "Fluid Cleaner 1500/2" gentle and degreased - thanks to this technology based on hydrocarbon also guaranteed environmentally friendly.
