Company description
GGG is an expert in the manufacturing of high-precision CNC machined components and sub-assemblies for the commercial industries. We produce the items based on client's documentation.We offer a wide range of services from machining a single part, prototype through running regular volumes production, to developing and manufacturing complete device or machine. Over 75% of our production output is exported.

GGG is a private family owned and managed, contract manufacturing company with 6Mo. Eur turnover.

In-house capabilities include:
1.CNC machining - 35 machines
• Precise CNC turning and turning/milling – 13 units (from small parts up to 1000mm-1900mm long)
• Precise CNC machining /milling/drilling – 3axis, 4 axis, 5 axis machining - in total 22 units (ultra-precise, fast multi-axes machining centres, large vertical machining centres with travel XYZ 1700x860x750)
2. Deep hole drilling - 2 machines – inner hole diameter from 2mm up to 100mm while parts length up to 2000mmm, we achieve outstanding tolerances and surface finish!
3. TIG and MIG welding, carbon and stainless steel.
4. Sheet metal fabrication and bending.
5. Qualified Mechanical assembly.

In addition, we have several measuring machines, incl. CMM machine Wenztel to perform necessary measurements. We do perform statistical process control in our production.

We are ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2003. We have expertise in adapting to individual clients requirement, the company is project oriented. For the strategic project we run production adopting Focus Factory concepts. We machine various types of steel, aluminum, inconel. We source material ourselves in Eastern and Western Europe. We have experience in compelx projects requiring developing casting moulds, forging dies etc.
