Company description

Since 1992 our company has been dealing with the cold bending of hollow sections. All started in the first half of the ‘90s when we intended to produce bent-metal furniture. After having mastered the bending technology of ordinary tubes made of constructional materials, we proceeded to a more demanding technology of the bending of thin-walled tubes having the bending radii under 2D of the tube diameter. Using special tools, such as ball mandrels and smoothing devices, we are able to achieve high quality of a bending both from the visual point of view and in maintaining a minimum tube diameter deformation. We obtain similar results not only with materials made of construction steel, but also with materials made of anti-corrosive steels and aluminium alloys. We also get good results with the bending of square and rectangular sections.
The main part of our production program consists in products manufactured in cooperation. These are components of shop equipment, protective frames of cross-country cars, series of various bent holders, frames, reinforcements of agricultural machines and injection piping. Other supplementary technologies are grinding of tubes under chrome, tube and section twisting, horizontal forging, MIG and TIG welding.
At present we have been looking for partners to be able to use the full capacity of our bending machines.
