Company description
Deformation of cold rolled strips with press:
In the field of classical stamping production is possible on eccentric presses from 40 to 250 tons, as well as hydraulic presses up to 250 tons. The product size ranges up to about 500 mm in length and 4 mm in thickness.

Fine blanking:
Fine blanking is a special technology or so-called punching "without air" between the Schneidematrize and the knives (0,5 - 1,0%). This method is especially useful for highly sophisticated products in question, which are dentate different. The maximum length is about 500 mm, and the maximum width of 6 mm. This allows the tolerance of + / - 0.01 mm, a uniformity of the cut edge and the clipping with minimal needle on the edge.

Drawing and deep drawing:
