Company description
Over 100 years ago William Pfleiderer founded his metal goods factory in Esslingen am Neckar. Today, in the third and fourth generation, the family supplies customers in the European and East Asian region. Its customers include all branches of industry which use formed without cutting sheet metal components in their products (power tools industry, automobile industry, mechanical engineering). Here the requirements vary from simple to complex stamping assembly.

Through our years of experience we are able to meet any customer requirements. We support you in the production-oriented design of drawing, stamping, bending and progressive parts and welding and assembly units and recommend the appropriate starting material.

Difficult geometries, manufacturing and assembly groups, small batches, batch sizes with millions of units, tight deadlines, just-in-time, Kanban, safety stocks, are a problem for many others.
For Wilh. Pfleiderer means that the orientation of the diverse customer needs.With dedicated employees, particularly flexible production organization and advanced punching and forming, we are prepared for a variety of tasks.

Drawing, pressing and stamping parts
After drawing, sample or individual information we produce stamped and formed parts of metal (eg steel DC01, DC03, DC04, St, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4310, 1.4404. 1.4571, brass CuZn, Ms63 copper, aluminum AIMg3, Al 99.5 ) including the complete sequence processing (scrubbing, barrel finishing, grinding) and treatment (hardening, tempering, coating, galvanizing, painting) in the lot size you want. The result is simple washers and brackets to highly precise shifting parts, moldings to the automotive industry and mechanical engineering, complex series of composite parts, cylindrical drawn parts, housing and much more.

Assemblies
We are the perfect contact for sophisticated assembly and / or installation work. You order a completely manufactured and tested component with only one contact.We manufacture the items, take over the logistics of procuring needed to buy or standard parts and assemble the whole thing. Benefit from our decades of experience in the field of welding and assembly units such as in protective and hoods for the power tools industry. In this field, we manufacture and assemble a wide variety of sizes and designs for many well-known manufacturers. We can do this rely on our large inventory of own drawing tools, cutting tools, jigs, etc., saving you huge costs.
